Nic has been a private landlord for over 20 years, with direct experience of property acquisition, tenant management, and compliance. He is an accredited member of the National Residential Landlords Association (NRLA). He founded BSH to put that experience to work at a larger scale, with a clear social purpose.

Director

Andrew is Nic’s stepson and a co-director of Blackwell Social Housing Ltd. He has run serviced accommodation in Leamington Spa for three years, giving him direct experience of property management and tenant relations. He is a co-signatory on all company accounts and holds a Lasting Power of Attorney for Nic’s property and financial affairs, ensuring the business can operate continuously regardless of circumstance.
